The Middle School Fitness Program is changing this year. Students started off the school year with fitness testing in the areas of Cardiovascular Endurance, Muscular Strength and Endurance to get a baseline of their fitness level. Using this information, students will be incorporating fitness exercises into their daily routine during P.E. class to improve in these areas of fitness. Each week they will learn 2-3 new exercises. The goal is that by third quarter, each student will be able to develop their own fitness program, using the exercises they have learned. We are very excited about this new program!
